3. Limitation of Liability
- The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of grammatical corrections.
- The operator is not liable for damages caused by service outages.
- The user bears full responsibility for the texts they submit to the service.
- The service does not replace professional proofreading.
4. License Terms
All rights to the application and its source code are reserved. Submitted texts remain the intellectual property of the user.
The user grants the operator a non-exclusive license to process the text technically for the purpose of providing the service.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these T&C at any time. We will inform about changes by publishing the new version on this page.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the SR.
